Why is your raw honey solid while others are liquid?

by Dane M.

I was wondering why your raw honey is solid and some of your other kind of honey are in liquid form? Have they been processed in any kind of way? Like your summer blossom liquid honey, is it raw honey?

Angela's Response:

Hi Dane,
Our Summer Blossom honey is non-pasteurized (not heated) but is filtered. It will re-solidify in time, which is a sign of a high quality honey. Our raw honey isn't filtered or heated, hence the solid state almost immediately after bottling.
