Which allergies does bee pollen help?

I have severe seasonal allergies (spring and summer) but I know I'm not allergic to pollen. Does taking bee pollen and honey only help pollen allergies? Or does it help any seasonal allergies?

It may help with seasonal allergies as both are considered immune modulators meaning they help to regulate or calm down an overly active immune system.
