Taking bee pollen with food

by Jeff
(United Kingdom)

Hi,

Can you take bee pollen supplements with food? Most web sites on the subject say not to, without saying why. I would prefer to take it with food (at the same time as I take my other health supplements). Will taking it with food lessen its benefits in some way?

Thanks.

Yours,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Yes, you can take bee pollen with food. In fact, I feel that a good way to ingest it is in a smoothie, blended. This may help crack the outer pollen shell.
