Royal Jelly or?

Hi Angela, In your section entitled 'The Complete List of Royal Jelly Benefits" you mention Royal Jelly as being of potential benefit to RA based on a 2010 study and in a post entitled "Rheumatoid Arthritis?" you suggest Bee Pollen and Propolis Tincture(along with several other items) Which do you currently feel offers the most effective benefits in treating RA? thanks, Douglas

Great question Douglas. The most effective protocol would likely be a combination of royal jelly taken with propolis. Both are highly anti-inflammatory and both help balance the immune system (provided you don't have any allergy to either product).

Hope that helps,
Angela
