Royal jelly, kidney transplant and diabetes

by Anthony
(Pittsburgh, pa)

I just want to know if Royal jelly would benefit my current health issues. I am a 27 year old diabetic male. I have had a kidney transplant and currently take a few immune suppresants. It's been 2 years since the transplant so my kidney is stabilized. I am also a diabetic which has caused my kidney problems.

Royal jelly will help with blood sugar issues Anthony, but it sounds like you are Type I and don't produce any insulin. In this case it would be of limited value. If you are on immune suppressing medications, I'd be very cautious using royal jelly as it can boost immune function. Alway best to discuss with a doctor who is knowledgeable in supplements.
