Royal jelly honey spread or capsules?

by Be
(Shores)

I am in Fresno California and have found royal jelly mixed with raw honey... and capsules.. not sure which way to go to get best results.. any suggestions. Also your website was THE most informative and honest of any I found online. Thank you for the time and energy you have put into the website...

Hello,
You're very welcome. Thank you for your kind words about my site. I'm so happy that you're enjoying it. Which product is best for you will depend on what you're trying to do. Most royal jelly/honey products don't have a therapeutic dose of royal jelly in them. It will be a smaller amount. So if you need higher doses of royal jelly, you'll need to go with a capsule or powder based product. If you don't need high doses of royal jelly (500 mg and up) then a royal jelly honey spread will suffice.

Hope that helps!

Can I mix royal jelly powder into raw honey?
by: Ned

Can I buy the RJ powder and mix it with the honey/RJ spread? It seems that you have to mix RJ with something else anyway, right?

Angela's Comments:

Yes, you certainly could do that Ned but it would be a bit of a job. Raw honey is solid at room temperature so you'd need to gently warm it to bring it to a liquid and then mix the royal jelly in.
