Royal jelly for AS and Reflux

Hi
I'm taking royal jelly about one month. I have been suffering from AS - that's a kind spine inflammatory disease. Most of the days I had to use diclofenac suppository due to pain. Anyway now after taking about one month of royal jelly (1000 mg's capsule), I feel much more better and I rarely use diclofenac. but there's one thing that I read in the site that after taking 30 days there should be a 30 days break from taking royal jelly. I really dont know what to do. and when I take royal jelly everything is fine than stomach. I have reflux and felt the food that I take didn't diegest. so you think what should I do?

I really appreciate if you give me necessary information regarding having break from taking and my stomach problem.

Comments:

You might want to consider staying on the royal jelly if it is making this much of a difference in your health. I don't recommend a 30 day break but perhaps one week at most.

Bee healthy,
Angela

Apple Cider Vinegar
by: Anonymous

Some Foods, Vitamins, and my Blood Pressure medicine give me heartburn and reflux. Sometimes, it isn't bad, but others, very, very bad.
I have been taking Bragg Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, and it really helps. I put a tablespoonful of the vinegar , and a tablespoon of honey into some warm water, and drink it. The first few sips are kind of gross, but after that, it isn't so bad, and I find it as relaxing as a cup of chamomile tea. I like Bragg the best, but make sure you always use the raw unfiltered kind with the "mother" (slimy goop on the bottom that you shake up) in it.
Sometimes when I don't have time for the cup of vinegar and water, I take Swanson brand Double-Strength Apple Cider Vinegar tablets, and they're pretty good too.

Also, take B12! I'm just a firm believer in it.
