What is the reason for the break for several weeks and the one to two days off and then a month? Can it get to the points that it may have less of an effect on your body just curious to know.

Angela's Response:

Taking a break from any food or supplement is a good practice in my opinion. The reason for this is that more and more food allergies/sensitivities are showing up in people and this could be caused by the overexposure of certain foods/supplements. Over time, yes, you can develop a tolerance to a food or product so yes, for maximum effectiveness it is recommended to take regular breaks from bee pollen and the products of the hive.
