*Real* raw honey?

(London)

Dear Angela,

I am sorry for bothering you, I really need your help regarding the purchase of real raw honey.

I am a first time buyer, and after searching for raw honey, I've realised that there are different versions out there, all at different prices :( Some us cheap as £6.00 for 500g, and some as expensive as £75.00 for 100g! I am a 22 year old college student, and although my pockets are not deep, I am willing to try and pay good money to get a good jar of real raw honey, but unfortunately I have a feeling I am being ripped off :(

I have read your articles and tips regarding the purchase of raw honey, and after having thoroughy looked at your website for some reason I strongly trust you and was wondering if you could possibly help me as to a particular honey I have chosen is really raw or not.

The above link sells raw honey and has a 100% money back guarantee, and claims it is not ultrafiltered, and pasteurised yet it is runny. I am confused as I thought raw honey shouldn't be runny, but set.

I was ready to order, but I thought it's best I contact you first.

Also, I realised you sell honey yourself, and I would LOVE to purchase from you instead, but I am based in London, England, and I am not sure if you ship here, and secondly I am assuming the shipping costs would be crazy!

In the meantime, I will try to find your honey on another website shipping to London, and if not I'll just wait for your answer before ordering anything.

Thank you for all of the information you have up on your website, and all the effort you have put into it.

All the best, and a beautiful day :)

Hello there,
Thank you so much for contacting me! I am so glad you found me. I have had a chance to check out the website and honey you sent me and while I obviously can't verify it 100%, I would say that their story is pretty solid and trustworthy. They seem to say the correct things and I would certainly bee willing to give it a try - if what they are saying about their honey is true, then it is certainly raw honey and it is produced with organic methods which is a big bonus. In fact, I may even order some of their unique blends and try them myself (being a honey fanatic!)

I would love for you to try my honey but totally understand - shipping is very expensive across the Atlantic. Let me know how their honey tastes!
