re: raw honey consistency

Hi,

I recently purchased some raw honey from the company. I just have a question about the consistency of raw honey in the glass jar (1kg) vs. the plastic bucket (3kg).

I'm wondering how come the consistency of these 2 raw honey is different? The raw honey (3kg) I received yesterday is much more liquidy than the raw honey (1kg) that I used to order.

Thanks,
Adelaide.

Hi Adelaide,
It is simply because the 3 kg you received has been bottled more recently than the 1 kg you have ordered in the past. Raw honey does harden up a bit over time (by time I mean even a few weeks).
