I just received my first batch...how to take raw honey

I just received my very first batch of bee pollen and I got raw honey as well. My question is how do I take these? Do I warm up the honey so it is more liquid like, do I just throw done a tablespoon of pollen and start crunching away? Can someone please clue me in?

Hi Michelle,
You can take raw honey either by gently warming it up so that is more liquid or by using a spoon and consuming it in its solid state. It melts in your mouth and makes a wonderful treat!
