How to purchase bee pollen and adding it to my diet
by David
(Compton, Ca)
Ok well i just purchased bee pollen in the pellet form and read somewhere that buying it in powder or pellet form is a no no. If not natural powder or pellet form then how? I weight approximately 175lbs and a vegetarian. My question is, im trying to consume bee pollen only; add honey, milk and blue berries but just want to mainly live off of bee pollen and rid my body of not needed extras. Angela's Comments: Where did you read that buying bee pollen in granule form is not recommended? And what is the reason why they don't recommend this? I can assure you, bee pollen in granule form is a very healthy way to consume bee pollen and it is done safely everyday by millions of people around the world. Angela
