How to eat frozen royal jelly?

by Lily
(VA)

Hello, I am just wondering that how should I eat the royal jelly if it needs to be frozen all the time? (I have heard people said that it is not good to use metal utensil for any honey product). Thank you.

Angela's Comments:

Fresh Frozen royal jelly does not freeze 'rock hard.' It remains in a state that is consumable so you are able to access it with a spoon. The consistency would be a harder jelly like substance.

I don't know why one would not want to use a metal utensil with bee products so I can't comment on that.

Bee healthy,
Angela
