How many capsules to take of propolis, royal jelly & pollen?

I want to take all three and would like to know recommended dosage for capsules.

Hi Debbie,
For general health, I recommend taking 1 - 2 capsules of the 520 mg bee pollen per day, 1 - 2 capsules of the 1000 mg royal jelly capsules per day and one capsule of the bee propolis 1000 mg per day.
