I have just opened a glass jar of pollen grains which expired in 2003. They still have a nice smell but are a little bit stuck together. Are they safe to use?
Hi Hilary, If they have been frozen, they very well might be fine to consume. Examine the pollen for any signs of spoilage - smell, taste a small amount. If they have been stored at room temperature for 10 years, I wouldn't recommend consuming them.
