Honey and royal jelly and/or propolis?

If I were to purchase your raw honey with royal jelly or raw honey with propolis what would be the ideal amounts to take daily to get the benefits from the RJ or Propolis?

Angela's Comments:

Great question. The amount of royal jelly and propolis in the honey products you mention above are not therapeutic doses. So you would obtain some benefits but not like one would see taking the individual supplement. If you are looking to aid a health concern, then I'd suggest getting the individual royal jelly or propolis by itself.
