Can pollen be consumed on a ketogenic diet?

I would like to know if pollen or propolis can be consumed on a ketogenic diet?

Angela's comments:

Hi Deborah,
Propolis can be as it has essentially no carbs to it. Pollen I would avoid as it does have some carbs in it.

Hope that helps,
Angela

I do not agree with that, sorry! Don't miss out on the benefits of bee pollen because of the extremely LOW amount of carbs.. food diversity is what you should keep in mind!
