Bee product combinations

I was interested in taking bee product I already use raw honey in oatmeal and tea as a sweetner but I want to start taking royal jelly, bee pollen and propolis not for any health reason but to get the benefit of a healthy life through these products can you tell me what combination you prefer I take I'm 36 and do not take any medication.

Angela's Response:

Hi Antonio. I suggest you always start with only one product and after determining that you tolerate it well, then introduce the second product slowly at low amounts. Again, once you've determined that you tolerate this combination well, introduce the third product. I recommend that you start with bee pollen followed by royal jelly and then propolis. Taking 1 - 2 tablespoons of pollen, 1/2 teaspoon of royal jelly powder and a couple of propolis chunks per day is a wonderful way to stay healthy!
