Bee pollen for menopause?

by Keli M.

I quit smoking and started menopause at the same time. I went on hormone therapy last year. Why take cancer causing pills when I stopped smoking?
So I heard about bee pollen. I need it for hot flashes,& MOOD! Can you suggest something. I want to go off my hormones. Thank you.

Angela's Response:

Hi Keli,
Thank you for contacting me! First of all, congratulations for quiting smoking. I think I can help you with getting off hormones. I'd definitely suggest using bee pollen BUT if you can, combine it with Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is amazing for hormonal balancing but there the two seem to work syngistically when combined. I'd also highly recommend using a natural menopausal product called MenoSmart by leading women's health expert Lorna Vanderhaeghe. If you can't find it where you live, let me know and I can ship you a bottle. I've had great success for menopausal women with this combination of products. As you use these products and your menopausal symptoms subside, you're mood will improve substantially.
