Bee pollen for itchiness and puffy eyes in cats?

Has anyone had luck using bee pollen or propolis or elderberry for cats? My guy developed chronic itchiness and pink around his eyes after a distemper shot. He has no fleas,mites, etc. Have tried many 'pure' can foods, homeopathic remedies, herbs. Nothing helps and he is constantly chewing his itches. Can you help?
