bee pollen amounts

by David Wenzler
(Star City,Indiana)

Mark read about a gentleman who consumed several cups...yes, cups of bee pollen per day. He was in his mid 70's and would run for an hour a day PLUS do a weight workout, swim AND work a full day. Naturally, Mark was intrigued by this.

I read this section on your site, and I was wondering if you tell me who this gentleman is. I am very interested in reading about him and how he trains. Thank you for any help.

Hi David. Actually, this gentleman's name was Royden Brown. He wrote several books on bee pollen but sadly passed away after a fall several years ago. If you search on his name, you should be able to find his books and read more about his lifestyle etc. Hope that helps.
