When do I take bee pollen when training?

Angela's Comments:

I recommend taking bee pollen 1 - 2 hours before training as a pre-workout boost and then again within 45 minutes of completing your workout. Studies have shown that post training, you have about a 1 hour window when you have increased insulin sensitivity and a window to better absorb nutrients such as amino acids for recovery. I often blend 1 - 2 tablespoons of bee pollen into my whey protein shake post workout. This will also help replenish lost minerals.
