What to take for my immune system????

(Redondo Beach, CA)

I'm a big fan of bee products. I took Royal Jelly while trying to get pregnant. Since I've had the baby, my immune system is so run down. I keep getting sinus infections, colds, flu. My ears hurt all the time. My hormones are also having a hard time regulating again. My Dr keeps testing them and they are extremely low and it's been 6 months. Also, my skin is horrible. My face just looks like it's aged 10 years.

My question is, I was trying to figure out if I should take Bee Pollen or Royal Jelly to build my immune system and help out with all my other issues.

I'm hoping you can help me out as it would mean so much to me.

Hi Cindy,
I'd love to try and help. I'll make some suggestions for you to boost your immune system as well as to help your hormones out. If you can only take one product, I'd suggest the royal jelly as it will help with your hormones as well as boost immunity. If you can, take both bee pollen and royal jelly - this will give you a much stronger effect. I'd also highly recommend you begin taking Vitamin D each day, which is wonderful for immunity as well as dozens of other conditions. Take 4000 - 5000 IU's per day. You may also want to read the book Smart Woman's Guide to Hormones by Lorna Vanderaeghe. Its an amazing book on getting your hormones healthy.

Hope that helps!

Menopause and low immune system
by: Anonymous

What will help the most w/ menopause and low immunity?

Hi there,
I have had tremendous success using a combination of products for menopause relief. What I recommend is using the product MenoSmart combined with another product called GLA.

You can read about MenoSmart here:

Read about GLA here:

If you are suffering from low immunity and bad menopause symptoms, I'd recommend you also consider the product AdrenaSmart.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Post them here.

Bee healthy,
Angela
