Unpasteurized Raw Honey versus unpasteurized Creamed Honey

by Terry
(Canada)

Is there a beneficial difference between unpasteurized raw honey and your unpasteurized creamed honey? What is the difference between the two honeys?

Has something been removed from the creamed honey and has it been heated to harm or negate the beneficial properties of the honey?

Angela's Comments"

There is a small difference in Creamed Honey versus Raw Honey. Creamed honey has had a small amount of filtration done to it and then it goes through a mixing process that makes it take on a creamy texture. As for the health benefits of one versus the other, there would only be very small differences but if you had to pick one versus the other, the Raw Honey would likely contain more beneficial nutrients.

Bee healthy,
Angela

Processing methods of raw honey
by: Angela

Hi there,
We do not heat our honey during the production of our liquid or creamed honey products.

All of our products are 100% Canadian. At no time do we ever use any offshore honey in any of our product. Ever.

Processing
by: Honey Honey and Honey

Hello,
I am one of your customers and have some questions about processing methods; do heat your honey during the process of producing both liquid or creamy honey. If yes at how much temperature for both products.
Also, which products have 100% Ontario or Canadian honey and not mixed with offshore honey.
