The effects of Bee pollen and Royal Jelly on hair loss

Does Royal Jelly and Bee pollen have a positive or negative effect on hair growth? Can it cause hair to grow or fall out?

Hi Sadie,
Great question. Royal Jelly and bee pollen definitely won't cause your hair to fall out. As for whether they will cause hair to grow, that is a good question. We have had several posts on our site about customers claiming faster, healthier hair from bee pollen. There are no studies to substantiate this but it is worth some consideration.

A combination of products that I have found to be quite effective is using bee pollen granules with a product called Collagen Plus for strong, healthy hair.

You can find it here:

Bee healthy,
