Spotting mid cycle and delayed ovulation

Ive been taking 1000mg royal jelly for the past 2 months. Last months my ovulation was delayed by 3 days as well as my period (I’m always regular). This month I’m having spotting mid cycle which I’ve never had before. I’m taking royal jelly for egg quality but I don’t want to muck up my cycle. Do you have any information on how royal jelly affects your cycle and fertility?
