by: Meliana

Hi, i've forgot to take my royal jelly & it's already inside fridge around 7 months while manufaturer told me it can only last 6 months refrigerated or you may loose it's benefit

May i know what should i do to check whether the royal jelly still have its benefit or not?

Thanks for the advice.

Angela's Comments:

The honest answer Meliana is that you can't. The only way to know is if it showing signs of spoilage - rancid smell, mold etc. If none of those are present, it may still have some nutritional value.
