Would be safe for a man to take 5000mgs of freeze-dried Royal Bee jelly per day?

Most likely, yes, provided you tolerate it well. 5000 mg is on the high side for a dose, so I'd recommend that you work with a natural health care practitioner. Also, always begin with small amounts of any bee product and gradually increase if you tolerate the product well.
