Reached a plateau on ZXT

I have been taken zxt gold since october, and I really like it I have lost about 18 pounds. I did not have a large amount to lose. In the last few weeks I have gained 3pounds. Any suggestions on what I could do to start losing again and get to my goal weight?

Great question. Congratulations on your weight loss. If your body has plateaued it simply means it is time to change things up a bit. I would suggest taking a week off the ZXT before resuming it to give the body a break. You could also try the following:

1) Eliminate all white foods from your diet - bread, grains, rice, muffins, bagels.

2) Don't drink any calories - drink only water and herbal teas.

3) Increase the protein and fiber in your diet. Eat only lean proteins, vegetables, healthy fats and some fruit (before noon).

4) Switch to a product like CLA Plus for 6 weeks and then return to ZXT Gold. It sounds like to me you need to take a break from the ZXT for a short time. The body does become resistance to products like ZXT over time. I don't recommend increasing your dose beyond what is recommended on the bottle.

Hope some of those tips help! Please let me know if you have any questions.
