Raw organic honey vs creamed honey?

I received my order of Honny Bunny organic raw honey and did not realize it was creamed. I didn’t see creamed on the bottle when I placed my order.
How does this differ from non creamed honey and what is the biggest difference?

I use a lot of honey for making seasonal remedies and was looking for raw organic honey. Will the creamed honey give me the same properties?

Angela's comments:

Yes, raw honey is often creamed using a cold processing technique so all of the natural properties should be left intact. This is done because creaming a honey creates a nicer texture than allowing the raw honey to crystalize over time.
