Propolis/Honey mixture expires?

I have a small jar of Propolis Extract by YS Eco Bee Farms and it has an expiration date of 12/14. Does it really expire? Instead of tossing it away, is there another way (aside from ingesting it) that I can use this for? Is it usable for skin products/ointments?

Absolutely, use it in skin products or ointments. It should be fine. If it is an alcohol base, it will be well preserved past expiry date.
