Propolis on gums

Can I take the propolis out of the capsule and mix it with Co Q10 and run it on my gums at night to help my gum recession?
Angela's Comments:
Yes, you absolutely can do that Dennis. The powder won't absorb into the gums as well as a tincture but it should still be effective.
