Propolis Extract for Actinic Keratosis

Hello,
I have tried many things, with no luck, for actinic keratosis. I just found out about Bee propolis extract and wondered if it might help heal the AK's. Do you have any information about this? Thank you.
I don't Beth but I do believe it is worth a try. Most skin conditions are rooted in inflammation and Propolis is quite affective at inflammatory skin conditions.
