Propolis chunks vs. pills or powder

Are raw propolis chunks better (because they are not processed) than propolis pills or powder? For example, royal jelly is best in raw frozen form, is the same with propolis? Tincture might be more potent perhaps, but I am avoiding alcohol even in small amounts. What is the best way to take propolis then? Thanks for your response.

Great question. In my opinion, raw and unprocessed is almost always better. The difficulty with raw propolis is that it is quite resinous (waxy). So it can be a challenge for some people to consume it. (they don't like to chew it) That being said, our tinctures are your next best bet. If you'd prefer to avoid alchohol, we do offer a water based version of our tinctures.
