Powdered Pollen

Does the body better absorb the nutrients of been pollen granules when they been pulverized into a powder as opposed to when left whole? I have read that dissolved and powdered bee pollen is absorbed easier and at a higher rate than whole granules.

When I acquire my granules, should I pulverize a small amount each day when I intend to ingest, or can I pulverize the whole amount at once and store the bee pollen for months in powdered form? Will the nutrients be compromised/deteriorate faster or will the pollen last as long if I powderize all the granules at once vs leaving them whole? Basically, is it recommended to powderize my bee pollen granules ? Please let me know.

Thank you!

Yes, this likely results in better absorption.
