Mixing bee pollen into honey

by Kerry
(Australia)

Hi Angela , I did read on a previous question the options to grinding bee pollen but is it then possible to add into raw honey . Does the pollen blend through and it will not change the shelf life of the honey.

Thankyou
Kerry

Angela's Comments:

Yes, you absolutely can mix ground bee pollen into raw honey. The honey will preserve the bee pollen and there will be no issues with shelf life or rancidity.
