I have a debilitating and progressive neurological disorder and ordered some RJ from one of the numerous websites selling this as a health supplement. I am certainly in need of an energy boost............ I ordered 100 vials - recommended as taking a vial-a-day. I have gained 5lbs in 2 weeks - the weight has gradually been creeping on - my suspicion arose when I thought my jeans had shrunk in the wash. Oh, and also, so far I have felt no benefits. How long before extra energy should be felt?
Having read about the possible appetite-supressant property on your website, I have begun to think (and am geting quite anxious!) that I was supplied this RJ from a 'dodgy' source. Ever heard of FENG WANG JIANG? I must say, the packaging looks professional but it was one of the cheaper supplies. You get what you pay for!!
Following a reply to this email, I will certainly wish to order what sounds like a much more trustworthy source - I can't wait to feel some benefit!
You most definitely bought some Chinese royal jelly. Now, that is not always a bad thing but I do get quite a bit of negative feedback regarding these offshore brands. I haven't heard of the brand you mentioned but you are definitely correct in that you truly get what you pay for. There is a reason that our royal jelly isn't the cheapest on the market and that is because it is much more expensive in North America. And our royal jelly never will be the cheapest. We are about quality and getting results. There are many reasons why the product is not working for you. It could be how it was processed, it could be that is very low grade and as a result has no active compounds in it. Hard to say without being there when it was extracted and then dried. What I would suggest is try one of our very small bottles of royal jelly and test it. See if it works for you before buying a larger size. We guarantee our product. If you are not happy, we'll refund you the cost of the product. Let me know if you have any more questions.
And by the way Laura, I'd contact the company and see if they'll give you your money back. Tell them that it negatively effected your health and they may refund it for you.
