I am allergic to oninos, garlic, chives, leeks, shallots and anything to do with the garlic family. Will bee pollen and royal jelly help with these allergies or is it dangerous to use these allergies. I read where someone had analphalytics so please help me. Thanks and God bless you,

Hi Canary,
Bee pollen and royal jelly do show promise in helping to regulate or modulate the immune system. If you do decide to try either product, start with very, very small amounts. For example, one kernal of bee pollen. If you experience no reaction, add a second kernel the second day and so on. And I'd suggest you let your doctor or pharmacist know what you are taking as you are prone to allergies. Better to be safe than sorry!
