I purchased bee pollen several months ago. It has taken me a long time to eat it because I do not like it.
Perhaps someone could give me ideas on how to tolerate.
Here are a few tips for ingesting bee pollen if you don't like the taste or texture:
1. Blend it into a smoothie with fruit, protein, yogurt.
2. Mix the bee pollen into honey or jam
3. Mix the bee pollen into granola
4. Put it into your tea
5. Use a capsule based product instead of the powder or granules.
