How much fresh royal jelly and propolis to take?

by Nazan

Hi, I've had Stevens Johnson syndrome disease five months ago. I'm fine now but doctors said it's risky anymore for me to use any kind of drug. So I have to prevent illnesses, keep myself strong all the time. And I begin to use raw royal jelly and propolis (in powdered form). I take 1/3 dessert spoon of raw royal jelly and 1 dessert spoonful of powdered propolis (I mix that with honey)before breakfast and same amount before dinner. Is that the proper dosage? And do you recommend propolis in liquid or in powdered form? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Nazan,
The doses you are taking seem very reasonable. As for tincture or powder of propolis, both are effective but if you had to pick, I'd suggest tinctures over the powder.
