I am a person dedicated to the sport at a professional level. My training days are long and very demanding. I am currently taking four daily teaspoons of bee pollen, but I do not know if this dose is ideal. I would like that I will advise on the correct dose of pollen should be taken to have more performance in my workouts. I also wonder about the pine pollen, as I have read is very beneficial for the athletes.

Dosage Recommendations for Athletes:
Raw Granules: up to 2 cups of bee pollen per day. Consume a 1/2 cup one hour before your workout and an additional half or full cup post workout within one hour of completion.
Capsules: up to twelve 500 mg capsules per day. A typical athlete's dosage might be 6 caps 1 hour before a workout and an additional 6 within 1 hour of completing the workout.
