How much bee pollen for MS?

by Angie K.

I am wondering on the daily dosage of raw bee pollen granules for preventative measures when dealing with MS. I have a friend who says that her friend's husband takes bee pollen on a daily basis to reduce the number and severity of episodes suffered, but was not sure on the dosage. Your recommendation is apprecitated. Thanks.

Hi Angie,
I don't have any experience working with MS patients so I can only offer my opinion on how much to take. I'd suggest upwards of 2 - 3 tablespoons per day. I'd also recommend very high doses of Vitamin D - I know there is a bunch of research supporting this.

Hope that helps!
Angela
