How long does it take for bee pollen to help with allergies?

I just moved to a new state and my allergies have really been bothering me,
and I am taking the same allergy medicine that I've always taken. I read somewhere
that local honey and local bee pollen will help. I just got both items today, I took
a teaspoon of each and put it in my hot tea latte. How long does it take for you to
notice the benefits from this? Does it have to be in your system for a certain amount
of time before you notice results? Thanks!

Angela's comments:

For allergies, it typically takes 1 - 2 months for the raw honey and bee pollen to help. This is because the immune system needs to develop tolerance for the pollens and this takes time.
