How long does been pollen keep in the freezer?

by Rebecca
(United States)

Hello,
We have had some bee pollen granules in the freezer for more than 2 years. Is the pollen still safe to eat? Will it have lost some of its nutritional value? I am not sure if we should use this, or if it would be better to start over with fresh pollen?
Thanks.

Yes it keeps very well in the freezer for 2+ years. If it lost any nutritional value, it will be marginal amounts.
