how long can you take royal jely

how long can y0u take royal jelly? should you take it for a month and then stop?

Hi Lina,
Yes, I always recommend a small break from supplements every month or so. So yes, after a month, perhaps take a week off. If you are treating a specific health condition then you wouldn't do this but if you are just taking royal jelly for health maintenance, then a small break every 4 weeks is recommended.

How long do I take royal jelly for?

Do I ever stop taking my fresh royal jelly ? Someone told me you stop after 3 months , then begin again after 1 month?

Angela's comments:

Yes, this is a good idea to stop after 3 months and take a break for 1 month. You can then resume.
