How can I find a protocol for tincturing 80% propolis?

I am 69 years old and disabled and have an autoimmune disease. My NMD wants me to keep raw propolis in my mouth 24/7 and he prescribed 80% raw propolis tincture for daily usage in my immune formula.
Where can I find a protocol to tincture with 80% propolis extraction? Unfortunately I cannot afford to buy it already tinctured, and I have to mix it with the other remedies in the immune stimulation formula.

Hi Vicki,
The strongest propolis tincture I've come across was 60% so unfortunately I can't help you with this. I've never before seen an 80% tincture.
