Fresh Royal Jelly Received thawed

Hi, when my fresh royal jelly arrived, the foil package was warm (it gets very hot here in Arizona!). The ice packs had thawed and melted, leaked a little onto the jar, and the jar was not cold at all - maybe room temperature - not hot. The jelly was very liquidy and I put it into the refrigerator immediately. I don't know what the consistency should be like or what it should taste like, to tell if it went bad during shipping (no idea how long it was in shipping, I think 1-2 weeks). It does have a very strong taste.
How can I tell if my royal jelly is still good upon arrival or if may have spoiled in shipping?

If the product was warm when you opened it and took 1-2 weeks to arrive, it is likely degraded severely. Sorry! Contact the seller to see if they have a reship policy.

Hello Angela,

I sent that query in a very long time ago (? a year or more maybe??) regarding my order FROM you/your company that I received - I sent this in an attempt to contact someone in your customer service dept regarding your product. I ended up throwing the royal jelly away as I was pretty certain it was spoiled by the time it got to my house.

I would like to know what recourse you can offer me now (I had written this off as a big mistake/money wasted for me), perhaps a refund on my purchase (I would actually be very pleased to receive a new/replacement royal jelly re-shipped to me IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PACK IT TO LAST/SURVIVE THE LENGTHY TRANSPORT TIME TO ME!!) If you can't re-send a new one that will stay fresh - then can you please refund my credit card I used for purchase?
It was rather expensive (& SO disappointing!) to have to throw it away.

I'm pleased to (finally) hear back from someone in your company - PLEASE PLEASE do let me know how we can proceed. I can give you my contact info if you need it, but the info on my original order is all still correct.
