Do I need to supplement bee pollen with vitamin c and d?

Hi there,

I have just started taking 2 teaspoons of bee pollen a day in the last month or so and wondered if I still need to supplement it with vitamin c and d? It is probably worth noting that I take apple cider vinegar and bio acidophilus daily too.

Many thanks
Ian

Angela's comments:

There is limited Vitamin D and C in bee pollen so if optimal health is your goal, I'd continue to supplement with both.
