Hi Susan,
Yes, you can absolutely take all three products together. I do recommend that you start out with one and only add the second and third products after very gradually introducing them into your system with very small doses. Slowly work your way up to the full recommended intake but always monitor how you feel for any potential adverse reaction. And as always, let your Doctor know what you are taking.
