Can I stop taking my other supplements?

This is what I'm taking now my wife as well ! Gtf chromium, astragalus ,zinc ,sea kelp ,ultra 2 positive energy ,vitamin c ,lecithin and bee pollen . My ? Is if I buy bee pollen royal jelly and propolis can't I stop taking all this stuff?oh and super enzymes to ! Thanks

Hard to say Jose. I don't know why you are taking all of the other items. Can you give me some insight into why you are taking each supplement and then I can comment more.
